Job Summary

Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:            

  1. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  2. Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the department and ensure service standards are followed
  3. Address guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper departments as required
  4. Conduct regularly scheduled departmental meetings
  5. Manage the departmental budget in a fiscally responsible manner
  6. Oversee the recruitment and training of all Housekeeping Colleagues
  7. Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
  8. Follow departmental policies and procedures
  9. Report necessary maintenance items
  10. Follow all safety and sanitation policies
  11. Other duties as assigned
