Job Summary

Our client has brought modern international development that offers the very best in lifestyle and luxury. On site facilities include a boutique hotel, two and three bedroom fully furnished apartments, penthouses with private outdoor Jacuzzi, conference facilities, a luxury spa, a well- equipped gym, boardwalk with waterfront restaurants (upcoming), an infinity swimming pool with a pool bar and an underground night club. They are currently looking for an Executive Housekeeper.


Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of entire hotel.
  2. Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.
  3. Prepare annual housekeeping budget.
  4. Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
  5. Organize inventory with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniform and fixed assets.
  6. Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.
  7. Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
  8. Prepare reports for management.
  9. Assist the procurement department in selecting suppliers.
  10. Plan, control and supervise horticultural activities.
  11. Attending to and resolving guest complaints.
  12. Verification of supplies consignments.
  13. Organize on the job training and evaluate effectiveness.
  14. Approval of the functional manual of the department.
  15. Recommend recruitment of new personnel.
