Job Summary

Our client offers investment-grade developments all over Nairobi. The developments offered have been conceptualized by the development team to be high-quality assets using a data-driven approach in planning and design, that gears property for high rental returns and an escalated rate of capital growth. Our client has proven over the last decade to be an important tool for providing investors, home owners, the financial industry and consumers with current and historical information about house price inflation- allowing them to make informed decisions in the housing market, in order to enjoy the best possible returns. They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant.


  • Typing speed skills (MUST).
  • Female and aged 30-40 years.


  1. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  2. Arranging travel, visas and accommodation (occasional travel with the manager).
  3. Preparation of salary accounts, filing and preparing permits.
  4. Meeting visitors, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests.
  5. Organizing and maintaining diaries.
  6. Researching and reporting.
  7. Manage incoming mail, licenses, faxes and post.
  8. Producing documents, briefing papers and presentations.
  9. Organizing, attending as well as prepping the manager for meetings.
  10. Liaise with clients, suppliers and staff.
  11. Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
