Job Summary

To sell TV solar home system sales in Kampala Region.
The role entails;

  • Achieve sales targets of pay-as-you-go solar home TVs.
  • Recruit, train, coach, mentor and supervise field based scouts and use them to boost TV sales.
Searching for that candidate that has;
  • 2-3 years sales experience, ideally from insurance, financial services, FMCG, solar in East Africa.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, good communication and people skills.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Team player and result oriented.

Responsibilities

  1. Deliver against set sales targets for TV solar home system.
  2. Recruit, train, coach, mentor & supervise field-based scouts and use them to penetrate the Kampala area for TV sales.
  3. Manage inventory assigned and resolve audit recommendations in line with M-KOPA audit resolution guidelines.
  4. Uphold the brand values of M-KOPA, including ensuring the M-KOPA retail point standard and guidelines are adhered to.

Job Requirements

Required education: Bachelor's degree
Required relevant work experience: 2 years
