Job Summary

Our client a luxury safaris company is looking for a Finance and Administration Officer. The successful candidate will be keeping proper accounting books that adhere to international accounting standards & preparation of accurate and timely financial reports. He/she must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience holding a similar role in a fast passed environment and knowledge of SAP and Pastel.


  1. Assist in preparation of budget.
  2. Preparation of periodic financial report.
  3. Maintenance of landowner’s database, computation of lease payment & making out the bank & cash payments.
  4. Prepare weekly accounts payables age analysed for review by the board.
  5. Preparation and posting of payroll journal.
  6. Ensure all payroll related information is safe and compliant with all statutory deduction & remittances.
  7. Support and assist as directed by the company auditor.
  8. Ensure an accurate and upto date inventory / fixed asset register including repair and maintenance logs of all equipment and assets are maintained.
  9. Computing of the bed night fees for all the conservancies.
  10. Any other duties that may be assigned.
