Climbing to the snow in the Mountains of the Moon, rafting the Nile River at its wildest and experiencing the breath-taking landscapes.
Directly supervises all front of house personnel and ensures proper completion of all front of house duties including assisting the Boats Activity Manager with daily administration, directing and coordinating activities of the front desk, guides and boats, reservations, guest services, and telecommunication.
Monitors the Front Office employees to make sure all guests receive prompt and personal recognition.
Resolve guest dissatisfaction by investigating, evaluating, and settling of complaints; following up with guests; personally resolving difficult situations.
Handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
Managing and training front office staff and ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests.
Ensures all records and documents are maintained as per standards laid down by the management.
