Job Summary

About Jijali
Jijali is an online learning program that provides unique and personalized entrepreneurship and career training.
About the Program
Through this program, you will gain the practical skills needed to start and manage a business; and receive mentorship during the program.
The entrepreneurship module is targeted towards youth who have a business idea and want to know how to get started OR those who already have a business but have challenges.


Month 1 - Starting the business: Trainees learn how to test business ideas and to collect feedback from their existing/potential customers to ensure their business idea is viable.Those with existing businesses will learn how to solve various problems by creating and testing solutions.
Month 2 - Building the business: Learn to set up basic structures and processes to keep their business running sustainably. This includes sales and marketing.
Month 3 - Growing the business: Learn how to create a long-term vision for their businesses and plan for the future.
The program is fully-funded for all participants and will take place from September to November 2019.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be 18 to 30 years for the entrepreneurship training
Be 18 to 25 years for the career start training
Have access to the internet
Have access to a computer
Have a good command of English (the training is delivered in English)
In addition:
- Entrepreneurship participants should have an existing early-stage business OR a strong business idea
