The Head of Enterprise & Partnerships plays a pivotal role for the company, owning and building the enterprise segment of each one of our products. The role requires experience navigating sales relationships with SMBs as well as brands and enterprises, creating data models to help clients visualize their growth with SafeBoda, and experience managing a sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Growing SafeBoda’s enterprise partners in rides, food, send, and payments, bringing on board new clients and maintaining those relationships.
  • Hitting monthly revenue targets across products for the B2B customer segment, with a focus on elevated client service, ensuring growth and adoption
  • Manage a fast growing team through leadership that values humility, empathy, growth of our people, and leading by example
You should have:
  • 5+ years experience in consulting, strategy, technology, business development, launch-roles, enterprise sales, or a similar area
  • Strong managerial experience growing and empowering a team
  • Familiarity with on-demand services and innovations in the space
  • Knowledge on the enterprise-side of the food, transportation, and payments industries, from sales cycles to how to reach the key decision maker to how to empower sales executives with data and models to make convincing arguments.
  • Data-driven decision making mindset and solid analytical skills with an advanced experience of Excel and other software packages
  • Firm understanding on how to maintain a performance culture that is data-driven
  • Creativity and passion for building something that is innovative and has an impact.
  • Solid academic performance with at a minimum a completed Bachelor/Undergraduate degree with excellent grades
  • Serious entrepreneurial mindset with proven experience starting and growing projects or entreprises
