Our client, a dynamic and fast growing Manufacturer and Distributer of Home Furniture and Mattresses is looking to recruit a Manager to be in charge of Sales. The ideal candidate MUST have experience in Modern Trade, Distribution, Retail Market and have come up with strategies for Market expansion. The successful candidate must also be a natural sales person, analytical with B2B and B2C experience.
- Propose and lead the implementation of out-of-the-box marketing ideas to drive increased market penetration of existing products lines.
Directly manage the relationship with key accounts in the portfolio guaranteeing high level of satisfaction and increased sales volumes.
Conduct market research and offer recommendations about new products and/or designs to resources and introduce in the market.
Closely monitor market trends and competitive landscape to define pricing strategy for each product category.
Work with management to design & implement ideas and strategies to introduce new product lines.
Support penetration into new markets.
- Regularly update products weekly consumption – keeping in mind previous stock out, seasonality and market trends.
