Job Summary

This role is responsible for facilitating HSEQ behavior change at KOKO Networks.


Responsibilities


  1. Support the development, implementation and continual improvement of the KOKO HSEQ Integrated Management System (aligned to the current versions of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) to ensure achievement of company objectives at optimal costs
  2. Effectively facilitate translation of HSEQ goals and objectives to all levels of the organization ensuring alignment on relevant performance data
  3. Manage and report on progress of the KOKO specific HSEQ programs aligned to the company objectives
  4. Facilitate culture of HSEQ engagement across KOKO in order to achieve excellence
  5. Track progress towards effective identification and close out of HSEQ regulatory requirements, best practices and other key actions
  6. Analyze HSEQ trends and identify areas for improvement
  7. Collaborate with other multi-functional teams in the development of HSEQ improvement tools
  8. Identify and collate HSEQ training requirements, develop training modules, and track progress towards effective implementation
  9. Serve as the “go-to” resource person for internal teams involved in HSEQ system implementation
Qualifications and Experience Required
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in HSE or Quality related discipline.
  2. Minimum 3 years of HSEQ experience including auditing, assessment or system implementation.
