Job Summary

We are looking for an HR administrative assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks.

The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about Administrative and HR policies and procedures and want to help create a nourishing workplace, this position is for you.

  • Atleast 3years in busy office
  • 25-35years
  • Diploma or University Degree
  • Experience in Admin operations and HR


  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Updating HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies

Job Requirements

Required education: Diploma, Associate's degree
Required relevant work experience: 3 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
