Job Summary

Our client’s hotel aims to attract an entirely different kind of customer base and compete against both global and regional competitors at giving refined comfort and timeless elegance. They are currently looking for an HR Generalist.


Responsibilities

  1. HR Management; managing talent, succession planning and supporting the company’s strategic goals through HR policies and programs.
  2. Recruitment and Retention; recruiting, testing and interviewing duties.
  3. Compensation and benefits management.
  4. Staff training and development.
  5. Performance management.
  6. Managing staff relations.
  7. Monitoring and implementing applicable employment laws.
  8. Overseeing general office administration and ensuring systems run seamlessly.
  9. Assisting with budget planning for board meetings.
  10. Facilitate effective communication in different departments.
