Superior Hotels is a group of 8 hotels located in Nairobi (5) and Naivasha (3). All our hotels have a variety of single, deluxe and twin rooms all en- suite with an extended luxury and comfort to our clientele by offering personalized services in; Accommodation, conferencing, Restaurant and Bar, Outside Catering, Wedding and events.
We hereby invite applications from professionals who are open to change, ambitious, ready to grow and hardworking to fill the position of a Training Coordinator.
1.Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate, HR training and more.
2.Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc).
3.Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information.
4.Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
5.Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques.
6.Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
7.Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.
8.Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design.
9.Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
10.Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
11.Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
