Job Summary

Accountable to implement and manage operational best practice that are
aligned to the company strategy and values, implements and monitors the
outcomes of initiatives to enhance operational performance.


  • Actively identifies gaps,proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks through analyzing reportson sick leave, absenteeism, and attrition
  • Analysis of ratios percampaign and driving rightsizing in operations
  • Manages complex anddifficult HR Projects cross-functionally
  • To deploy performancedevelopment framework linked to reward Coach and educate all levels of the organization(including senior-level) on Human Capital best practices
  • Identifying areas ofdevelopment and facilitating training workshops
  • Driving employeeengagement and performance management through 1-on-1’s
  • Acts as a single point ofthe contact for the employees and managers in the business unit
  • Proactively supports thedelivery of Human Capital Processes at the client’s side
  • Weekly meetings withstakeholders to conduct a needs analysis and provide feedback on HC actions
  • Understands the clientenvironment and the client resourcing requirements
  • Analyses client feedbackand processes and use this feedback to ensure service enhancements
  • Engages with managementteam and pro-actively, responds to queries promptly and ensures that
  • opportunities forimprovements are actioned and measured
  • Performs a support rolefor the business by ensuring collaboration and pro-active
  • communication betweendepartments
  • Presentation of MBR andsuggestions about change management
  • To provide meaningfulreporting to facilitate business decisions Compliance
  • Driving Employment Equityand ensuring adherence to policies
  • To ensure compliance tolegal, business and client requirements
  • Work closely withmanagement and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and
  • increase productivity andretention
  • Resolve complex employeerelations issues and address grievances
  • Promotes performancemanagement and calibration sessions
  • Proposes changes forcontinuous improvement
  • Participates in the evaluationand monitoring of training programs to ensure success
  • Provides day todayperformance management guidance including coaching/counseling (121s)/feedback/career development/ disciplinary action
  • Leads team to ensure a consistent approach across the business area
  • Acts as a coach to theoperations management team
  • Ensure adherence tooperating rhythm
  • Complete the necessarydocumentation, i.e. Application form, Bank mandate form, EE Form, Laptop form,Induction schedule template, I.Trequest template, Update Onboarding tool kit guide
  • Ensure I.T requests arelogged at least 2 weeks prior to the senior hire joining, to ensure all equipmentand the necessary licenses are secured. (Laptop, skype for business, headsets etc.) by the line manager.
  • Meet and greet guideprepared and communicated to the starter prior to arrival, informing them of whatto expect on day and week one.
  • Employee files must beuploaded onto SAGE or provided to HCBO Manager for filing. 
  • Implement a 3-monthtouchpoint plan
  • Communicate vision andvalues on a regular basis
  • Alignment of HC strategyto vision and values

Job Requirements

Required education: Bachelor's degree
Required relevant work experience: 7 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
