  1. Valid certificate of good conduct
  2. Personal accident insurance cover for the internship period
  3. Copy of Pin certificate
  4. National identify card (ID) or copy of passport
  5. Two (2) colored passport size photos
Application Procedure
Applicants are required to fill NPSC internship application form(http://www.npsc.go.ke/images/2018UPLOADS/NPSC_CIVILIAN_APPLICATION_FOR_INTERNSHIP_FORM.pdf) and submit together with detailed curriculum vitae, copies of academic and professional certificates.


Qualifications and Basic requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution in Human Resources Management or any Social Science field with a diploma in Human Resource Management
  2. Be unemployed Kenyan aged between 20 and 34 years
  3. Must not have benefited from a similar program
  4. Not retired or exited from formal employment
  5. Must have completed their training and graduated with documentary proof of qualification.
