Job Summary

Bodawerk is seeking a talented, hands-on Human Resource Manager to coordinate employee
wellbeing. We are establishing a new Human Resource Department within our small company
(30 employees). We are looking for a motivated individual to grow into the role of Human
Resource Manager, within this novel department.

As many of the
activities carried out at Bodawerk are unique in the regional employment
sector, we have an emphasis on skilling individuals on-site. Therefore, our
most critical values are integrity, motivation and willingness to learn.



Responsibilities

  • Personnel Management - pastoral management for
    all employee and internal affairs
  • Payroll management - Ensuring this is timely and accurate.
  • Leave management -  coordination of leave and sick-leave using
    digital tools (incl. Smartsheet).
  • Human Resource Allocation
    Management - using Smartsheet software to track and optimise human resource.
  • Recruitment - handling interviews
    & streamlining onboarding process of new employees management of active
    listings through Fuzu plattform.
  • Internal skilling - coordinating
    internal skilling efforts to build skill level through-out the organisation
  • Contract & Policy management -
    employment relevant documentation, hire and fire coordination
  • Human Resource allocation tracking
    (digital) - helping to ensure employee wellbeing while increasing quality of
    productive outputs
  • Upholding and further building
    company values and principles
 
 
Education: Either a Bachelor’s degree or other certification with 2+ years
experienceBackground in HR, education, mitigation and/or
digital solutions. 
Additional
Qualifications:
Any of the following skills,
knowledge, or experience are not necessary but considered an added plus:

Corporate IT solution interaction
or training●    
Teaching and/or training
experience●    
Basic knowledge of electronics●
