Job Application Procedure
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the under listed vacant posts that exist in the service of Isingiro District Local Government. Applications should be filled in triplicate on Public Service form 3(PSF3 revised 2008) and Education Service Commission (form No.3 1998 revised) to the Secretary District Service Commission, Isingiro P.O Box 01, Isingiro to be received no later than 30 days from the date of this publication. Applicants should attach certified copies of all academic qualifications/ documents, identity cards of schools and institutions attended, National ID CV, 3 recent passport photographs, and any other relevant documents. Serving Officers must route their applications through their heads of departments/institutions who should be informed of the closing date in time to avoid delay. Job descriptions and specifications are obtainable from Isingiro District Service Commission notice board and Ministry of Public Service website

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Job Requirements

Required education: Bachelor's degree
Required relevant work experience: 3 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
