The HR Unit of the Regional Bureau for East and Central Africa (RBN) needs to drive the use of data in decision-making through the creation of an Intern for HR Data Analytics position.
The role will add value to the HR unit by providing easy reporting, as well as technical and administrative support.
- Support internal reporting and data collection in the various workstreams and establish an HR analytics dashboard
Leverage various tools and technology to analyse data and identify trends
Support the leadership team with reporting and summarizing HR transactional data
Assist in the review and development of desktop procedures and job ads
Assist in process improvements based on data outcomes
Help in coordinating tasks in support of small projects and events
Help with auditing and improving HR data processes
- Support in developing data proposals and business cases for process improvement
