The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Diploma.
He must have good knowledge of Microsoft excel and be familiar with look ups.
The candidate shall assist in:
1. accurate creation of items in system and entering PO's2. all import related documentation and processes3. Liaising with the stores, and control room to determine items to be ordered. 4. Requesting for proforma invoices from overseas suppliers5. Processing of overseas purchase orders6. Ensuring no storage charges (demurrage) incurred7. Processing of proforma invoices and IDF application8. Making arrangements for insurance covers for shipments9. Processing of payments for suppliers10. Preparation of credit notes, and any other duties assigned from time to time
