Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Purchase and Supplies management and any related studies
  2. Computer literacy
  3. Proven working experience as a stocktaker or store keeper
  4. Proficiency in inventory software and systems
  5. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  6. Good organisational and time management skill

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and complete orders for delivery according to schedule (pack, wrap, label, ship)
  2. Receive and process warehouse stock products (Receive, label, store)
  3. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  4. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
  5. Complete diary logs into inventory
  6. Report any discrepancies 
  7. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  8. Operate and maintain preventive warehouse equipment
  9. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
