Overview of the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Kenya Country Director who will lead on the ground execution of our Kenya operations for both our B2B and B2C business. The KCD's responsibilities may extend to a broader role of driving execution across East Africa depending on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities

  1. Support the Head of BD to scale and drive fast-growth in the Kenya B2B sales engine
  2. Support the B2B Account Excellence team to ensure we provide a superior experience and maximize on the lifetime value of every client
  3. Help build the B2C Customer Success function to ensure we are able to truly prepare users for success and drive revenue of B2C Learning and Exclusive services
  4. Work with the Job Content Team Lead to implement processes to ensure all jobs on Fuzu are authentic
  5. Act as the face of Fuzu in the Kenya market

Skills and Qualifications
  1. At least 3 years of leadership experience across multiple functions
  2. Proven track record of scaling a B2B or e-commerce business
  3. Proven success in business development and delivering growth
  4. High growth/emerging market/start-up experience is an additional advantage
  5. Demonstrated track record of revenue responsibility, preferably B2B and/or tech
  6. Experience leading teams and passion for developing people (2 years minimum)
