Job Summary

The Key Accounts Associate is responsible for handling the most important client accounts for the company. These accounts make up a reasonable percentage of company revenue so the key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. The Key Accounts Associate will be required to increase market share for our Electronics & Personal Care products. Demonstrating market and category leadership with our key customers to ensure that we have the optimal portfolio, category management and shopper based in-store activity to win in Electronic and Personal Care field.

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting and profitable relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
  2. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to key accounts.
  3. The jobholder will develop and expand trusted advisor relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs.
  4. Keenly monitor Customer Performance by analyzing sales and market share for major categories.
  5. Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance.
  6. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to management.
  7. Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  8. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  9. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal from time to time.
  10. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  11. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  12. Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
