Our client, a leading manufacturing company is looking to recruit a Key Accounts Supervisor. He/She will be instrumental in increasing the sales and profit margins through the creation of new market bases while also maintaining the current key accounts.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Implement a sales cycle i.e, Plan, Make contact/establish relationship, Investigate needs, Propose solutions and demonstrate value, Negotiate, Close deal, Deliver and follow up, repeat business/referrals/Next customer
Sales techniques; conduct market research, focus on customer needs, selling the benefits, actively seeking referrals, know competitor rates, industrial
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
