Job Summary

The Marketing & Communications team is responsible for telling the KOKO Networks story across all media. As we go to market, we must help audiences connect the dots between our brand and our products.

The Lead Graphic Designer is responsible for translating and executing on marketing and communications objectives through key visual and verbal messaging concepts. The role contributes to marketing strategies to evolve the KOKO Networks strategy, brand position and brand story through execution of visual design across varied media. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Graphic Designer with a portfolio that reflects his/her expertise in print as well as digital.The employee will work with members of the Marketing and Communications Department, Sales, Operations and others to ensure continuity in the company’s marketing messages and brand standards.


Responsibilities


  • Serve as Lead Designer on a wide range of projects
  • Work closely with Marketing and Creative team to produce on-brand designs that meet the required goals.
  • Support the creative process from concept to completion
  • Design web-ready graphics for social media, web banners, and email communications. Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and templates to support sales and senior leadership
  • Interface with internal clients in creatively and collaboratively guiding their campaign and marketing program efforts to meet both their targeted requirements while also advancing the company brand proposition, look and feel and key messages
  • Prepare final print-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing
  • Ensures accurate representation of company logo and brand name

Qualifications & Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual design, advertising, marketing, communications or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in creative design
  • Strong conceptual thinker and creative problem solver
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, with a high proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Ensure design quality that allows a consistent brand experience across all deliverables
  • Ability to manage projects from conception to production
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines, and able to consistently deliver high-quality design
  • Basic understanding of UX design principles, HTML & CSS
  • An understanding of the latest trends, to ensure creative work remains forward thinking
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organization abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent time management skills
