Job Summary

Progressive Credit is microfinance with branches across the country. We are looking for suitable
candidates for employment as Logbook Loan Officersfor our branches.

Responsibilities

Grow
the company’s book by developing relationship with prospective partners such as
motor vehicle dealers, agents, car owners, etc.
Generate business by
sourcing for log-book loans.
Undertake and present
credit appraisals, analysis and reviews to the assigned Team Leader
Prepare
target audience, generate lead lists and sales activities plans of the
allocated region
Conducts
daily sales calls from prioritized lead lists, and close sales
Respond to customer
queries
Continually
review the business processes and recommend measures that are likely to improve
efficiency.
Ensure
that all applications submitted comply with the company’s guidelines.
Participate
in the daily market drives to source business from dealers.
Call
visits to direct customers, motor dealers, Agents, within allocated region to
ensure maximum support.
Grow
existing relationships and develop new ones in the allocated market segment
whilst growing Asset Based Finance figures to meet set targets.
Continually
review the business processes and recommend measures that are likely to improve
efficiency

Job Requirements

Required education: Diploma, Associate's degree
Required relevant work experience: 12 months
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
