Responsibilities

  1. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
  2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
  5. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  6. Participate Yon behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. 
  7. Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  8. Collaborate with team to achieve targeted results.
  9. Developing new Markets and maintaining existing.
  10. Attending clients meetings and making sales calls.
  11. To ensure retention of the current customers, and devise ways of recovering lost customers.
  12. Delivering Sales presentation to new and potential clients.
  13. Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  14. To deliver marketing activities and results within agreed budget.
  15. Soliciting feedback and handling customers’ complaints..
  16. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely information.
  17. Establish and maintain relationships with Industry’s key strategic partners for business leads. Negotiating and closing business deals.
  18. Generating periodic Sales reports Review and analyze sales performance against program.
