Job Summary

Reference Number: MECHART/2018/01

To assist technicians to carry out mechanical maintenance activities and routine works on the plant

Responsibilities

Plant Repairs

1. Repair and cleaning of equipment in the mechanical section
   
2. Replace seals and guides on gates
   
3. Dismantle and repair control gates
   
4. Cure oil leakages on pumps
   

1. Inspecting machines, pumps, bearing, motors, screens, bolts, cranes, (mainly assist Technicians during preventive maintenance).
   
2. Cleaning machine parts
   
3. Service and grease machine parts as necessary
   
4. Transformer pit cleaning
   
5. Dismantle and erect scaffoldings
   

1. Handle repairs of plant, modifi cations and troubleshooting for solutions while ensuring safety of plant, equipment and people.
   
2. Participate in project execution.
