Your essential mission involves being the principal advisor to the Board of Director
on all matters relating to compliance with the regulations of SACCO management,
team leader in all operations of the SACCO including lending, credit appraisal
for all loan applications, custody of securities, completeness of data
recorded, debt collection, financial reporting to management, customer
relations, human resource management and any other role that may be given by
the Board of Directors in pursuit of adding value to the affairs of the SACCO.
Your high degree of technical competence, professionalism, eloquence, elegance,
finesse will be the perfect combination to enable our members reap maximum
benefit from our services.
You will also be expected to participate in the firm’s marketing activities
including, among others, member recruitment, attending meetings to discuss marketing,
and doing all within your power to ensure retention of existing members.
