Job Summary

Musish Ventures is looking for an Office Assistant/ Receptionist to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. He/She will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.


  • Provide front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
  • Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Monitor and maintain supply inventory.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Keep office area clean and tidy
  • Diploma or associate’s degree.
  • Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Great communication skills.

Job Requirements

Required education: Diploma, Associate's degree
Required relevant work experience: 12 months
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
