Job Summary

We are looking for an Office Secretary to join our team. Their main role will be to maintain the smooth running of the office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties. We are specifically looking for someone who will assist in the day to day task in the tender department and preferably someone who has served in the same capacity.


1. Asisting in the day to day task in the tender department.
2. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
3. Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock aand ensuring everything is in order.
4. Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock
5.Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
6. Any other duties assigned
