Job Summary

Crown Marble and Quartz Ltd is a diversified business portfolio promoted by prominent and successful enterprenuers of Crown Group and managed by highly experienced professionals with vast experience from the industry and is looking to hire an operations manager, with 3 to 5 yrs of operational experience in the construction industry and will be reporting to the General Manager.


Responsibilities

  1. Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they also conform with project timetable. Need to be able to read cad drawings and understand in-depth of the construction industry
  2. Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company’s relationship with contractors, developers, interior designers, quality surveyors in a bid to produce strategic partnership
  3. Train and mentor employees in areas of project management and estimating. Over see the installation team and field operations
  4. Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and/or requirements
  5. Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
  6. Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. In particular, this includes any issues on-site at client facilities
  7. Communicate customer issues with the field and business team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
  8. Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
  9. Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
  10. Work closely with the factory team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses
  11. Communicate with legal counsel and safety department to ensure all processes remain safety compliant and follow all procedural requirement at the site
  12. Everybody should know how to sell, so he/she having some skills in sales is an added advantage
