Job Summary

The Operations Manager is principally responsible for the operations department and
among other roles is charged with:


· Implementation of this and other operational control Manuals.· Daily process control and management.· Operations designing and testing.· Customer Documentation validation and incorporation.· Database update.· Associate and Coaches operational support services.
· Product validation and improvement.· Physical asset verification with custodian and determining adherence to instructions.· Determining external service provider’s risk factors and stress test readiness.· Risk management and mandate updating.· Processing Fund Top ups and exits. Supervision.
· Daily process and control of payments.· Issue of IMs, order taking and reconciliation.· Ensuring Statutory Compliance.· Department Evaluation.· Internal Process Audits.· Corporate archive/ Document control.· Insuring continual improvement.· To perform duties related to IMS.
· Ensure that each staff has got a complete record of all relevant information on their personnel file.· Coach and educate all employees on administrative policies and procedures.· Implement service excellence standards, including coaching and educating administrative support staff on the Client Experience best practices.· Manage office and branch administration, including branch facilities and provide administrative support.· Work in collaboration with the Administration and Human Resources Manager to recruit, select onboard, train and manage administrative and other company/group staff in accordance with group needs.· Conduct performance reviews and make personnel decisions such as compensation and promotions of administrative support staff in accordance with group policy.· Manage staff scheduling to include: standard work schedules, vacation requests/approval, overtime management and approval of expense reports.· Determining staffing needs· Writing job descriptions· Recruiting and screening people to fill the positions. · Keep Personnel records, · Check compliance to the contract requirements · Responsible for employee compensation · Employee Contract Management.
