- 3+ years of proven success in a similar role within a leading a business unit, BD or business growth role at blockchain/crypto company, financial institution or bank in Kenya
- Deep understanding of local communities and crypto space in Kenya
- Hardcore, committed to hard work
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
- Problem solver and results-driven
- Passion for crypto and digital assets Fluency in English
Responsibilities
Responsibilities

Set-up, sustain and manage the Kenya fiat market and shape the plan for launching new services while ensuring strong coordination with Government Relations, Marketing and Tech teams along the way.
- Collect local users, communities feedbacks and competitors Insights to optimize our service offering Lead expansion plans for the market and shape the plan for launching new services
- Explore collaboration opportunities with local fiat partners, blockchain/crypto communities, associations to expand fiat awareness in Kenya market
- Exploring more Fiat related partnership including fiat on ramp, KYC vendors;
- Design and implement go to market strategies to boost fiat volume growth, facilitate content building and promotion strategies;
- Maintain strong relationships with regulators, banks and payment partners ;maintain up-to-date knowledge of current regulations to provide strategic advice
- Lead local fiat growth and other business development activities
Job Requirements
Required education: Bachelor's degreeRequired relevant work experience: 3 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
