Are you an ambitious & goal oriented Personal Assistant looking to join a well–established chain of Restaurants and willing to travel between Nairobi and Mombasa? Our Client is looking to hire a PA/Office Manager who will be in-charge of managing full administration support & the MD’s calendar.
- Providing full administration support for the Managing Director, complete management of executive scheduled/diaries that include planning and organizing, meeting arrangements, appointments and calendar scheduling.
Plan and manage systematic external meetings as needed for the company and the MD (creating a visit calendar and arrange necessary logistics).
Data entry, inputting and updating the data on company’s system.
Communication; responding to emails from clients as well phone calls.
Preparing and producing supporting materials and documents for presentations and meetings (internal and external).
Managing various expenses reports.
Maintaining the appropriate filing system and providing support with other general office administration as assigned.
Managing other administrative duties as required.
Managing the HR needs of the company.
Monitoring and posting in social media feeds.
Work closely with the accounts department in producing reports for the MD.
Able to liaise with suppliers and monitor orders.
Able to create quotations and work closely with the other management staff.
Be able to travel freely and spend time in both the Coast and Nairobi.
Experience in the hospitality industry a benefit.
