Job application procedure
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the under-listed vacant posts that exist in Ntungamo District Local Government and Ntungamo Municipal Council. Applications must be submitted in triplicate on Public Service Commission Form 3 (Revised 2008) and ESC FORM No.3 (Revised 1998) for Teachers to the Secretary, District Service Commission, Ntungamo P.O Box 1, Ntungamo and to be received no later than December Wednesday 9, 2020 at 5:00 pm. Application forms can be obtained from Secretaries of District Service Commissions, Offices of Chief Administrative Officers, Town Clerk’s for Municipal Councils, Public Service Commissions and be submitted to the Secretary, District Service Commission P.O Box 1 Ntungamo, stating clearly the post applied for and its reference number. Those already in public service must route their applications through their Heads of Departments who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delay. Certified photocopies of Academic Certificates, Transcripts, and Identity cards from all the Institutions/schools attended, registration certificates, and Annual practicing licenses where applicable and any other supporting documents with 3passport size photographs must be attached on the application forms. Those that will be invited for interviews must come with all original academic and professional documents, Identity cards from all the Institutions/Schools attended. To foster local development through planning management, Monitoring, and evaluation of district programmes and projects
i. Planning towns and trading centers
ii. Guiding developers in processing proper building plans.
iii. Enforcing Town and Country Planning Act, 1964.
iv. Drawing the structural land use layout plan.
v. Drawing site plans for plot (building) developments.
vi. Approving building plans.
vii. Demarcating plots in towns/trading centers.
viii. Inspecting structures/buildings in town/trading centers whether they are in compliance with the land use plan.
Job RequirementsRequired education: Post-graduate education
Required relevant work experience: 2 years
