Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, the Project Assistant will be supporting the implementing partners.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide day-to-day support to the implementing partners to ensure timely implementation of project activities;
  2. Assist the implementing partners to develop annual work plans and prepare periodic narrative reports;
  3. In coordination with the implementing partners, provide economic support assistance for small business set up to project beneficiaries;
  4. Support the implementing partners in developing and designing community engagement activities;
  5. Participate in community-level meetings/ functions with relevant stakeholders;
  6. Provide regular, detailed, updates on the activities implemented by the implementing partners;
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
