Trancewood Limited ﬁrst made its mark since the year 2000 as a small production unit (under Trancewood Products) in modular kitchens, founded by Mr. & Mrs. Navin Vekaria. It was a pioneering venture that was to grow into a multi faceted organization through dedicated endeavor and industry. Initially, Trancewood Limited was engaged in the production, supply and ﬁxing of modular kitchens to clients within Nairobi, then to East African region.

1. Registry and Update of clients/customers details
2. General Front Office Management
3. Book Keeping: Data on Customers/Clients, After Sales Servicing Report, Sales Daily Site Visit Reports, Service Performance Chart Recoding.
4. Drafting and Consolidating Company data formats.
5. Showroom Management
6. Updating and filing Attendance of all company staff.
7. Keep precise records of all transactions of the front office desk.
8. Ensure the front office and showroom are kept clean and customer friendly
9. Printing and Delivering Standard Company formats
10. Attending to walk-in clients and customers
11. Assisting company service providers
12. Receiving and Making calls on behalf of management
13. Maintaining Security by following standard procedures of receiving and directing visitors
14. Maintaining telecommunication systems for smooth inter-departmental communications
15. Booking meetings and arranging courier services
16. Receiving and Distributing Mails
