Responsibilities


  1. Receiving calls and handling queries
  2. Handling walk in customers
  3. In charge of customer service
  4. Manage vehicles and Fuel consumption
  5. Receive and send parcels
  6. Manage deliveries
  7. Receive and direct visitors
  8. Track and vehicle locations
  9. Ensure cleanliness around the front office
  10. Supervise riders and drivers
  11. Organize office events
  12. Managing office exits and entries
  13. Assist in filing of leave forms and company expenditure receipts
  14. Any other duty as may be delegated by the management
