An International NGO registered in Kenya is looking to recruit a Record Manager. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in records management or related field. They are looking for a Record Manager to oversee the organization’s records from their creation and preservation through to disposal. Candidates with working experience is necessary.
Bachelors’ Degree in Records Management or related field.
Must have knowledge & practical experience using advanced Microsoft Excel in a commercial setup.
Have excellent analytical thinking and organizational skills.
Must have experience with records management.
A team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail & problem-solving skills.
Conduct an audit of both physical and electronic staff files as per the checklists provided.
Ensure completeness of all files by following up on any missing documents.
Back up all documents from the files.
Data entry of information from the physical files to the electronic HR system.
Verification of all documents in the files to ensure authenticity and accuracy.
Filing and labeling of all physical documents pertaining to the lifecycle of staff members
Required education: Bachelor's degree Required relevant work experience: 3 years Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
