Job Summary

The successful candidates will become part of our records management team at Tausi Assurance. This role is key in managing the records at each stage of the records life cycle while supporting the key information management needs of the business. The position holder will report to the ICT Manager.


  1. Design and create a records management life cycle for Tausi Assurance
  2. Support and champion the roll out of a Document Management System for Tausi Assurance; in line with the business processes.
  3. Oversee and assist in the daily handling of records at each phase; while acting as the key point of contact for records management.
  4. Develop Policies and Procedure manuals to guide in the management of records within Tausi
  5. Developing a records storage plan, which includes the short and long-term housing of physical records and digital information
  6. Provide technical and thematic guidance of information management across Tausi Assurance
  7. Develop reports and data output to assist in the measuring of service management within the information management space of Tausi Assurance
  8. Identify and implement technical solutions related to data collection, analysis and visualization in line with best practice and the company’s mission and vision
  9. Represent Tausi Assurance in relevant National and International fora and participate actively in professional bodies
  10. Perform routine assessment and evaluation of the records Document and create awareness to all users on network and security matters through continuous training.
  11. Participate in new systems implementation and enhancements as directed by the HOD.
  12. Undertaking any other duties as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the level of responsibility of this job role.
