M-KOPA is looking for a Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for the hands-on search and selection activities.The individual will manage every stage of recruitment and candidate selection in the organisation,attracting talent,vetting candidates and advising the business on the best recruitment practices and processes.
Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on-boarding processes)
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
Implement new sourcing methods
Offer management in terms of negotiation, drafting of offer letters and all formalization of the offer process.
Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company
Research and choose job advertising options
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Participate in job fairs and career events
Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Keep a track of new hires and their probation progress to ensure talent
management and enhance retention
BSc in Human Resource Management or related field
Certified Member of IHRM
Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager or Recruitment Consultant
Knowledge / Skills:
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (LinkedIn)
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage own time with changing priorities in an agile environment
High levels of confidentiality
Strong understanding and able to articulate and make upright decisions
Analytical mind-set and ability to see the big picture.
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
