Job Summary

Interested applicants should submit ten (10) copies of their applications with

and testimonials. They should provide clearance certificates from the following
ii. EACC
iii. Kenya Revenue Authority
iv. Certificate of Good Conduct
Applicants should also ensure that their certificates are certified by KNEC and
attach evidence of certification from KNEC. Any candidate who will have
presented forged document(s) shall automatically be disqualified.
They should also provide three (3) referees who are knowledgeable about their
competence and areas of specialization, one of which must be a recent/last
employer. The referees should submit their confidential reports in sealed
envelopes clearly marked with the specific reference number, to the address
here below.


Reporting to the Deputy Vice Chancellor – Administration, Finance and Planning for the supervision and management of all administrative and operational functions as hereunder:

  1. To coordinate the functions of the heads of administrative sections in the department
  2. Coordination of the formulation and implementation of policies for the administration division.
  3. Coordination of staff performance appraisal
  4. Coordination and preparation of annual departmental budgets and procurement plans.
  5. Conduct and Discipline of Administrative Staff.
  6. Staff Performance Appraisals
  7. Industrial Relations Officer Page 4 of 6 Riding on Technology, Inspiring Innovation
  8. Development and Enforcement of the policies
  9. To perform such other duties as shall be assigned or delegated from time to time.
