Job Summary

Our client a manufacturing Company seeks to recruit an experienced sales and marketing coordinator. The job holder will be a liaison between the sales and production department in the organization to ensure customer demands are met, orders are well captured and sales targets are met. He/ she will be tasked with establishing customer rapport to realize growth in accounts as assigned.


  1. Coordinate orders between sales and production to ensure efficiency on demand planning. 
  2. Coordinate sales on attainment of daily targets. 
  3. Resolve customer claims and queries. 
  4. Follow-up on timely delivery of orders  – on time, in full with no errors. 
  5. Manage key accounts and establish customer relationships to increase sales. 
  6. Circulation of reports on as assigned.
  7. Social media communication with the customers. 
  8. Key in orders on the system and ensure all orders are serviced. 
  9. Answer to customer’s complaints in a timely manner. 
  10. Work closely with the loading, dispatch team and drivers for orders delivery. 
  11. Ensure all orders are captured accurately.
  12. Prepares and analyzes quality reports for Management review.
