The Sales And Marketing Manager Is Responsible For Managing All Sales And Marketing Activities For The Organisation.


  1. Day To Day Management Of The Sales Team Ensuring They Are On Track For Achieving KPI’s.
  2. Setting Sales And Marketing KPI’s To Manage Activity Within The Team.
  3. Working With Sales Executives On Approaches To Building Business.
  4. Training The Sales Team On Sales Techniques And Giving Advice.
  5. Ensuring The Sales Team Update The CRM Effectively With All Appropriate Data.
  6. Performance Managing Underperforming Members Of The Sales Team.
  7. Overseeing All Marketing Activity And Ensuring It Fits With The Marketing Strategy.
  8. Sending Marketing Emails To Customers Via The CRM.
  9. Managing The Company’s Social Media Accounts And Posting Relevant Content.
  10. Arranging For The Company To Attend Relevant Industry Events And Conferences.
  11. Reporting On Activities Towards Targets To The Company Directors.
  12. Researching Potential Target Industries And Customers.
  13. Attending Meetings With Customers Alongside Sales Consultants.
