Job Summary

We are looking for Sales Assistants to join our team.The job holders will be responsible for maximizing sales in assigned sales area/bulks

  1. Increase revenue growth of The Standard and Nairobian Newspapers by growing circulation copies
  2. Maintaining the returns of the Standard and Nairobian Newspapers within the prescribed return levels
  3. Daily reconciliation of the returns using the Returns Management System
  4. Reduce stock outs, non-supply or over supply of newspapers as guided by the Order Management system
  5. Grow subscribers’ contribution by the set target
  6. Ensure satisfactory product visibility and availability in the market
  7. Manage daily orders to achieve the desired sales target and unsold levels
  8. Maintain good customer relationship in the assigned area.
