Job Summary

  1. 25 years and above.
  2. Minimum qualification of a certificate or diploma, university degree will be added advantage.
  3. Well presentable and a good communicator.
  4. Ability to persuade and close sales.
  5. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  6. Requires minimum supervision and willing to learn sales through training.
  7. Previous experience in sales with a proven track record will be an added advantage.


  1. Directly selling and marketing loans to prospective clients in the market.
  2. Building relationships with existing referral sources and cultivate new referral sources both internally and externally.
  3. Working closely with Team Leader in arranging activation for new acquisition of clients.
  4. Ensuring the best in terms of quality of sales.
  5. Regularly providing feedback to the Team Leader on the acceptance of the product.
