International Business Solutions Ltd is in its expansion phase and seeking to enlarge its sales team. We are seeking to hire for the position of Sales Executive who will bring us, new clients, on a monthly basis.
At International Business Solutions Limited (IBSL), we would be nothing without our successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it’s essential that our sales rep be personable and professional.
Objectives of this Role
  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field

Education
  • Minimum Bachelors in the related field. (BBA, Bachelor’s in Sales or Marketing will be preferred)
Experience
  • 1-2 years of software/technology sales experience will be a plus
Skills
  • A strong CRM history and capability of effectively handling web demos, executing full life cycle during sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Personal integrity


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to effectively achieve organizational goals 
  • Continuously work for organizational process improvement, providing input to the sales and marketing teams to refine processes and cater to new and emerging market opportunities 
  • Deliver online product demonstrations using Skype, Net-Meeting, and Go-To-Meeting
  • Enter, update and maintain daily sales activities and client/customer
    information into Sales database 
  • Manage and updates the interaction of Salesforce and CRM 
  • Pitch to clients and customers to decide, buy and use the company’s products
  • Plan an effective sales targeting approach to the assigned sales territory
  • Prospect and cold-calls on businesses and organizations 
  • Regularly follow up on inbound leads and sales inquiries 
  • Respond to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other details, by phone, online video conferences, and email
  • Suggest and implement a closing business strategy relative to sales


Job Requirements

Required education: Diploma, Associate's degree
Required relevant work experience: 2 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
