Job Summary

Full organizational control and direction should be given to the sales department. You will hire and interact with the sales team which will encompass maximizing sales activity within the company. Key clients should be handled by you with backup from the sales team which you will create over time. Costing budgets associated with sales costs are to be closely monitored


Responsibilities

Client Servicing

  • You will be expected to visit and call existing clients on a regular basis in order to keep up your relationship with them with the intention of building our business with them. Maintenance reports must be submitted to clients so as they have a justification to continue paying the company on a monthly basis. This is turn allows frequent contact with the client. Servicing will include keeping a full database of the clients whether current or have the future potential to become a client.
  • Furthermore, should you find any problems with our media on your travels around the country this must be communicated to your operations team.
Collection of outstanding Monies

  • Direction and assistance from the sales department must be given to the accounts department to collect debt from clients. This may involve the distribution of invoices and the collection of respective monies and the collection of the initial cheques for rentals and artwork
  • Should a problem with collections of monies from a specific client occur, this must be communicated to the General Manager who will troubleshoot this issue.
Client campaigns and artwork

  • A fundamental task of the Sales department is to ensure that the artwork for production is collected from the client in the correct artwork format and with a print off signed by the client so that the company may commence production. This material for client campaigns must be ordered punctually so as to meet the clients flighting date.
  • It will be your task to monitor that these campaigns are flighted on time. The accounts department is to be interfaced so that they are made aware of what production invoices are to be raised and when to commence rental billings. Finally, upon date of termination of client contract, the operations department is to be informed that campaigns are to be removed.

Public Relations and Advertising

  • Your input will be required in assisting in building the The company brand. We are on the constant goal of associating the Company’s name with quality, efficiency and satisfaction.
