Location: Nairobi
Remuneration: Salary of Ksh 40,000 – Ksh 50,000 gross per
month + commissions.

The role:
Manage and direct all sales activities §
Provide business and operational leadership to
the sales organization and will act as the senior sales representative. §
Meet sales targets§
Lead employees internally§
Act as company’s ambassador externally.


Key Responsibilities:
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving
needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them§ 
Develop & implement new sales initiatives,
strategies and programs. Organizing marketing campaigns to promote product
awareness § 
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by
monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.§ 
Prepare periodic sales activities and strategy
reports for senior management. Evaluate information based on marketing surveys
on current and new product concepts;§ 
Provide operational sales leadership as
Identify and develop possibilities for future
business growth§ 
Up hold KnowledgeSpace Training and Consulting
Ltd activities in protecting the company’s Intellectual Property.§ 
Responsible for achieving the Profit and
expense Plan set targets.§ 
Responsible for rolling out marketing
strategies set by the company for the region and aligned to the Africa plan.§ 
Develop, implement and operationalize key sales
& marketing templates, systems and processes § 
Innovation of new products to attract
additional clients and increase market share§ 
Ensuring performance targets are met by the
sales and marketing executive to generate income for the company § 
Preparation of and presentation of proposals to
potential clients to provide information on the organization’s products and
services § 
Define, Implement & track the social media
strategy and related KPIs § 
Define & Implement sales governance –Put in
place weekly and monthly sales status follow ups and reports to ensure proper
tracking of sales and marketing activities.§ 
Reviewing comments from customers on the
products and services and taking corrective action to ensure customer retention§ 
Act as a role model for the company’s ethical
standard of conductCarry out customer training and consulting in areas of expertise

Job Requirements

Required education: Bachelor's degree
Required relevant work experience: 3 years
Required skills: Market research, intelligence; Reporting; Customer service; Business development; Customer relations; Sales performance tracking and reporting; Sales strategy; Customer support, CRM systems; Marketing
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
