Reporting to the Head of HR
and Administration, the Snr HR Officer shall be responsible for implementing HR
policies, directing and coordinating Human Resource activities. The preffered candidate should have a strong background in Training & Development, Performance management.
· A Degree/ Higher Diploma ( KNEC) in Human Resource Management· At least 2 -3 years of experience as a Human Resource Officer· Strong and firm understanding of the Employment and Labour Laws· Member of IHRM and please attach the certification
· HRMIS practical knowledge and Payroll knowledge and processing will be an added advantage· Training of Trainers certification will be an added advantage· Practical knowledge of the Balanced Score Card
· Implement human resources programs and policies · Ensuring employees adhere to company policies· Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.· Implement Training and development programs for employees· Assist in Recruitment and selection of employees· Coordinate performance appraisals· Continuous performance assessment of employees· Ensure harmonious communication between the staff the management · Ensure that all employees in the organization maintain the right standards of etiquette as espoused in their job description, company policies and procedures.· Performing other duties as may be deemed necessary by the management.
